This is a kind of horror sound like if you where hearing a monster background noise. I recorded my own voice : first blowing then whispering louder. Then in Audacity after cutting the extra recording parts, I added a "change speed effect", an "echo effect" and I finally added a "fade-in" and a "fade-out" effect.
