Poetic Noetic is a short poem about my experience of mental health. A typographical freeverse I wrote a few years back. Noetic meaning intellectual thought or mental activity. Narcosynthesis working with patients under the influence of drugs. Wilco's actual meaning is to indicate a message has been received in telecommunications.
